Question: So yesterday I thought I got my first period because I had a brown discharge, and I didn't think it was anything else becuase I don't have an infection and it can't be an STD because I'm a virgin. But there was only a little bit of brown discharge. Is that normal?

yes im pretty sure that it was!! when i got my period it started as a brown discharge and then it got darker and heaiver!! congrats and welcome to woman hood!!
When discharge is brown it just means it's a little older. And it is common for the first period, or even the first few, to come lightly. It differs depending on hormone levels. For the first year or so it may come at different time and with different amounts, as your body is still adjusting to the hormone fluctuations.
