What are some good vitamins for a 14 year old girl to take?!

Question: im not sure what it's called, but you can get it at wal-mart. i think it's "one source" or something like that, it's by the adult vitamins, but it says on the bottle it for teens! i used to take it a few years ago and it did me ALOT of good. i hardly ever got sick when everyone else was :p just look in the vitamins at wal-mart. you'lle find it, im sure
