Well, just tell her that you do not know. I do not think there is such a thing anyway. I doubt that she is even sexually active. It is more then likely that she was joking. Either that, or she thought that by making you think she was having sex, she would sound cool and popular. Let it go this time, but if she keeps on saying things like this, then i suggest you have a quite work with her parents. By saying things like that, she is putting herself at risk of attracting what we could call unwanted attention.

Yikes...hopefully she will change her mind and think about what she is going to do. However if she does make this choice I sure hope she does use protection. You might try a planned parenthood hopefully they can talk to her so she doesn't make a mistake or try the public health office. Inform her nothing is 100% effective against pregnancy or STD's except having no sex.
Most health departments will give you free ones no questions asked!
if she is only 13 she is pretty young to be wanting condoms, but if she is having sex I sure hope that it is safe!

tell her to go to planned parenthood. she can get condoms and as well as honest answers to any questions she might have. also, she won't face the harrassment that people can be met with in other clinics and locations.
take a bus to planned parent hood
Some high school give out condoms at the nurse's office, do you have any planned parenthood near you, they also distribute free condoms,
