What are some things to do for osteoarthritis?!
Question: I just found out I have it in my back. I won't be to the doctor for an MRI till next week, and I'm just curious to know... why do I have this at a young age (32) and what can I do to make it better?
Please don't say "ask the doctor", all they want to do is prescribe something. I need to learn everything there is about this.
I would appreciate any information, websites, or personal experience.

Anti inflammatories like Advil, motrin, Aleve, Ibuprophen. Tylenol will not work for this pain. I don't know why you have it at such a young age but you might want to try heat or cold to relive the pain. You will want to take frequent rest breaks so you don't overstress your muscles. As for websites, check Web Md they are excellent.
