what about the bikini bottoms that have a really short skirt built in them? They look really cute, not granny like at all. Board shorts may work but most of them are constructed with the seam going right up the center of the crotch and can give you a Camel toe which won't help in your case it'll only make it worse.
wear boarshorts.
You cant. just wear a more revealing top so no one looks down.
