Thank you for having the courage to share all this with "the world" and I would like to send you a big hug over the Net. Apart from that, I would really like it if you could tell someone nearer at hand (I live in the UK, imagine you are in USA?), preferably someone who has the expertise to help you with the roots of your depression, not just the outward signs like bingeing and then being disgusted with yourself.

One of my friends used to be unable to stop herself eating everything in sight, then quite often took laxatives or made herself sick - I don't know if you also have that problem......but anyway, I wanted to say that with a lot of counselling and prayer, she did get better able to eat and enjoy just what she needed, and managed to lose weight even though she had a hormonal condition(Polycystic Ovaries).

go for a vigorus walk or run. burn off some of those calories. dont eat as much towmorow. good luck.

go for a jog. and focus all your depressed energy into something productive..like exercising or writing..dont eat cuz then you could have some serious problems later on.

Your behavior is definitely a sign of depression and it is serious. You need to talk to someone you trust such as a parent, teacher or counselor. Tell them what you have said here and let them get you the help you need.

Do not panic. Walk around for some exercise. Then, take a nap. It is okay for now. Do eat a sensible breakfast tomorrow morning. Do NOT obsess about your body image. Concentrate on keeping your body healthy regardless of your weight, size or appearance. Talk to a professional therapist about what is making you feel so sad and depressed. If you have any close friends, call and share a problem or two. Tomorrow, get out of the house after breakfast and visit your house of worship. You may find that you are not alone in the things which make you sad and depressed. There is hope ahead. Best wishes to you.

I feel the sickness/fullness just reading the list. I would advise you to find other methods of coping with your depression or sadness...like writing in a journal, calling a friend, or taking a run. This is very dangerous and may lead to obesity and then further complications. As for what you can do now.... I would say its too late now, and just to avoid binging in the future. I would also suggest going to the route of your problem and dealing with it directly instead of indirectly(with food) best of luck
