What size should my hips be if I am 5 foot 8?!

Question: there is no correct or right "size" for your hips at a certain height. if you are inquiring as to what weight you should be you can choose to go by the national charts and standards or simply choose to be healthy and active and accept yourself at a weight that is comfortable for you.

some women have bigger hips no matter how tall or short they may be, and some women have small hips and waist. the natural structure of your body will not totally change even with exercise. you can tone up "saddlebags", (the extra fat around the upper thigh area) what some people commonly confuse with hips by performing squats, lunges, and other other exercises that work the leg muscles. but natural hip bones are not going to go away.

i dont know if this helps you or not because your question was very vague.

I don't know. I'm 5'6'' and my hips are 35 inches around.

There really isn't a stantard as to what every person's body should be like. Every one's body is different, and it all varies on your family's genes.

That sounds fine. As long as you have a healthy BMI and hip to waist ratio, you are healthy.

it depends on your body frame. don't compare yourself to others because that's dangerous for your self esteem
