spinach will make your stool green, that's normal. if your cramps/bloating/ menstration is not normal, you could make an appointment to see your doc. maybe you're starting to show symptoms of any number of the many many complications women face while menstrating. It's not fun.

try a warm bath and some midol, then lay down with a heating pad.

it also could be a gastrointestinal issue too, there is really no way to tell unless you see a doc, but if the symptoms go away when your period goes away, you can rule out things like IBS, stomach, intestinal, colon issues.

sounds to me like you have a bad period combined with food poisoning I wouldn't worry too much unless your period becomes heavy or last longer than normal.

Try making some tea with a teaspoon of ground ginger in it or eating some ginger snaps. This will take your cramps away and may take away some of the gas and the diarrhea.

The stool, I wouldn't worry about because of the spinach most likely caused it because of the chlorophyll in the leafs would color the stool green.
The cramps are caused by your uterus contracting to pump the blood from your body, it may just be working overtime cause it wants to get it done faster. *shrugs* no idea, I've had that bad of craps and bloating before, the diarrhea might have been caused by the bloating, which could have also caused the cramps. And gas is normally tied in with diarrhea, so I wouldn't worry...everything has a simple reason why its happening.
In general, everything his fine...take a midol, grab a heating pad, some tea and curl up on the couch...^^ you'll feel better
