When am I going to get my first period ???!
Question: i am 13 andi have had pubic hair and boobs for ages and got underarm hair 5 months ago. yesterday i had a clear streachy discharge and today i have a slight pain below 3 inches or so below my belly button.
does this mean that i am going to get my first period soon???

It might not happen this month, but, yes, you probably will start your period soon.
BE PREPARED. buy a small planner or calendar to keep in a private place (like an underware drawer). Make check mark that you had the discharge. If you don't get your period this month, you might get it around the same time next month. Keeping track will help you predict when you're "due".
The first few months, even your first year, can be irregular- like you might have a period every two months, or every three weeks! It's normal. Just keep a few maxi pads in your hand bag, just in case (an inside zippered pocket is a good place for them)

Probably. Shoot.. I didn't get mine until I was 16! I'm glad though lol... I wish I never got it!
You'll get it the day after you find yourself crying for no reason and eating anything chocolate that isn't nailed down.
