Hi. I am a woman and i take yasmin and i think this is true. At one time i lost alot of my hair, so did my mum. My hair was thick but now its thinned out alot i dont know whether to say its becuase of yasmin as im not sure but since i had my son and went on yasmin i did loose alot of hair. It dont come out in lumps it just comes out a bit when you wash it and a bit throughout the day.
If your concerned speak to your doctor about it.

Yes this is true although i have not had it my self i know people that have lost hair. But i will say that there are much worse side effectsto this pill than hair loss i have just stoped takeing yasmin as it gave me palpataions, fast heartbeat, dizzyness, ringing in ears,sinus problems, i catch every cold going it has even put me in hospital for e.c.g i have been so ill on it and my doc never told me it could be the pill so im just letting you all know if you have any wierd symptoms ask if its your pill but remember most docs dont know much about yasmin . If you want to know more look on yasmin side effects and look on some of the forums, sorry if it all sound scary but this pill is dodgey good luck.
