my wife had 3 pregnancy tests over the course of a month before it worked, we were sure she was pregnant at the start but those things are crap and depending on your body some woman's bodies take a while to show hormone changes in the urine

Before and during my period my breasts are sore. So maybe hormones?

hormones -- or if maybe, just maybe...growth! yeah!! :)

Maybe your not preganant and just have breast problems... go get it checked out!

If you haven't seen your doctor for testing, this needs to be done as this is a more accurate way of testing. The best time to test is at least two weeks after a missed period, and a blood test is best. Two weeks gives the body enough time to produce an adequate amount of pregnancy hormone that is detected by a test. Other reasons for period abnormalities include stress, weight gain/loss, thyroid, hormonal imbalance, infection, illness, medications, polyp, cyst, amongst other reasons. If the blood pregnancy test comes back negative, your doctor can do further testing to determine the exact cause.

It could be side effects from your pill if your on one.

Hormones from leading up to and during your period.

Possibly a slightly rough partner?!

I agree with the others that it could very well be hormones however I would perhaps take another pregnancy test (just to be on the safe side) and go and visit your GP especially if your breasts haven't felt this way before.

It depends on how pregnant you could be.I don't want to worry you but you can have a negative test and have all the effects of pregnancy if you have an ectopic pregnancy. If you are in doubt go and see your g.p. An ectopic pregnancy is when the baby grows outside your womb.
