You are probably ovulating (releasing new eggs to be fertilized) the cramps can feel just like period cramps and happens in between periods.

yes it is normal. you are probably ovulating. our bodies do some strange things. there have been times where I seriously think I'm getting my period cause my cramps are so bad but I had just ended my period. good luck
It could be just you changing, or pms or you might also be pregnant.

edit: It could be you ovulating as others have mentioned but it all depends on how regular your cycles are.
Alot of woman have cramps after their periods. Its nothing to stress about.
It could be ovulation but you could also be pregnant and having a miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy. If those are ruled out you could have some kind of GI problem.
yes this is normal there is such a thing as pre-craps, current cramps, and after- cramps, it happens to me and my mom lol
