The clitoris has the largest concentration of nerve endings in the human body. When you become extremely aroused, it can be very sensitive, even painful to touch. It would seem to me that if you aren't having pain when you are alone, it's just that you're over-stimulated. Your best bet is to talk to your doctor about what is going on to see what you can do to fix this.
make sure his hands are real clean before you are touched, maybe the natural salt on his hands is whats making it hurt.

Sounds like a urinary tract infection - see your doctor.
Maybe he is being too rough or you not warmed up enough if you know what I mean. What is it like when you touch yourself? Does it hurt then?

It is possible that the actual clitoris is being exposed from the hood, and that area can be very sensitive! Sometimes that happens to me. If it happens next time, just give it a break and do something else that feels good. This is completely normal.
