If the blood is bright red and only on the paper then it is just that the strain of pushing has burst a tiny blood vessel. If it is VERY DARK RED and actually IN the stool, then this is a worry and you should see a doctor.

Could be from forcing.....likely is. My sister found some once...no pain or anything, went to doctor and turned out it was colon cancer. Caught in time & cured......

sounds like you just forced it... the skin is very thing in that area...

you might have tore a lillte or kind of scratched the mucus membrane on the inside of your anus. you should see a doc just to make sure. be careful you could really cause some major problems forcing yourself to go. next time i would use a mild laxitive like phillips.

for anal fissure take a high fibre diet --lots of salad and greens.tke a mild laxative.it will be alright in about a week.
if have lots of pain but only astreak of blood on the stools--it is most likely a anal fissure,a tear in your anal canal skin due to hard stools.
painless bleeding in a jet could be piles but when it is mixed with stools---you need further workup by a surgeon.

well when u constipate dont force it as it can damage the soft tissues in ur anus. This is a sign of Hermoid or say Piles.
make sure u drink a lot of water and take heaps of fibre.
This is common among people who constipate a lot as your body will absorb the liquid and make the stool dry and which will end up in constipation. So if u constipate a lot make sure u drink a lot of water and eat a lot of veg or go and get some fibre tablets as its not always good to get blood from stool.

best of luck
