Question: but my husband and I are TTC and we are following some of the Shettle's method rules for conceiving a girl. One suggestion is to use a vinegar douche right before intercourse (girl sperm do better in an acidic environment than boy sperm). I had never douched before. That was 3 days ago and I still have an uncomfortable "full" feeling in my abdomen. Could I have caused an infection or something from doing that?

interesting i never knew there way ways out there. to helping someone pick the sex of their babies. neat. i would stay away from the vinegar douches. that me not be a good thing for you. http://www.babycenter.com. i was on there a minute ago . and they where talking about foods to eat. and everything.just look under "getting pregnant" there you should find something there.
