It's called PMS (pre/post-menstrual-syndrome). We all go through it, and it's something we all have to learn to live with. Your hormones are just so up and down right now, it toys with your emotions and it's not your fault. Once you finish puberty, your hormones will calm down quite a bit.

1. Midol (menstrual relief pill), take one or two, depending on how bad the cramping is. Probably the most reliable way to go.
2. Exercise usually helps, try sit-ups, or other exercises that work out your abdomen.
3. Warm baths (not hot because that will make your period heavier) may soothe the pain.
4. Heating pads or hot water bottles where it hurts will help soothe the pain as well.
5. Somehow, bananas and yogurt help, along with your favourite junk food, or any comfort food for that matter.
6. Breathing exercises.. Deep, slow breath through your nose, slowly let it out through your mouth. Do this until your body has calmed down, you'll feel much, much better.
Although in this list I imply that these only apply for cramps, they also apply for any menstrual symptom.

thats called pms.

and its solved by eating hot fudge sundaes.

no lie.

Happens to me don't worry. I get angry very easily and also feel like crying something. Try a nice cup of tea and CHOCOLATE which has those hormoney things in it which make you happy!!!

well, i have never had my period , but i am going through the same EXACT thing. i am angry, and depressed alot...i duno..mabey its just one of the downfalls of being a woman.

PMS.
its perfectly normal

PMS
or as I call it:
Perky
Mad
Sad

What you can do FIRST: Diet and exercise
It is important to know that these symptoms are often a normal part of having periods. Making changes to your diet and exercise habits can help provide relief, although it might take some time to find the lifestyle changes that make you feel better. Also, diet and exercise habits or medicines that work for your friends or family members may not work for you. Work with your doctor to find the right treatments for you.

PMS Tips
Eat complex carbohydrates (found in whole grain breads, pasta and cereals), fiber and protein
Eat less sugar and fat
Stay away from salt the few days before your period (less bloating)
Drink less caffeine (found in soda, tea and coffee) to feel less crabby and help ease breast soreness
Eat small frequent meals each day rather than big ones
Make sure you are getting the exercise teens need: 30 minutes of exercise, 4 to 6 times a week
Make sure to get about 8 hours of sleep at night
Keep a regular schedule for exercise, meals, and bedtime

Hope this helps a little

i wish i could stop it i said no to a guy that i really wanted to go out with when he asked me out beacause of pms
