Well if you don't want a kid, then you should ask her. If she's not then tell her to get the Plan B pill, and go with her. Hopefully this scared you enough to realize that you should use protection all the time.
How you handle this depends on what kind of relationship you want to have with her. Was it a one night stand? How old are you? Will you see her all the time?
I think it would be nice to call her and see how she is. To most 16 yr old girls sex is a pretty big deal. You sound older and my guess is you know that she could be pregnant. She might not. So yes you should talk to her. Let her know you are concerned not just for yourself but for her also. Also the sooner you do it the better because if she is not taking anything she can go get morning after meds if she so chooses.
Next time be smart and prepared.
Yeah you should ask her. If she does it will help keep your mind at ease. If she winds up pregnant...well she's pregnant. Do the responsible thing next time and use protection, even if the girl is on birth control.
