When the doctor does a sexual health check to they check for pregnancy?!

It depends on the doctor. If a female is sexually active and wants to go on contraceptive, they have to check for pregnacy, otherwise, not always.

Not sure what a sexual health check is...but I think I'll have one, as well!

yes they usually do if you mean by checking for stds/infections etc. they tend to do urine, blood and swabs and with that they will also test for pregnancy just to be 100% sure. but if you arent sexually active or havent been for quite some time and having periods as normal they wont. if you want them to then you can request for it.

they normally do. i think it depends on where you go. they would if you asked. i think places that are sexual health centers are more likely to that doctors as they may do more tests than your GP.
you should go for a sexual health check regularly if you are sexually active anyway.

I don't think they would check unless you told them you suspected you were. I think they would just check for any sign of illness or disease. I am sure you would be asked if you thought you were pregnant.
