Question: I'm young (have never had sexual intercourse) and have been having some odd white, salty discharge from my nipples. Is this something I should worry at all about?

I don't think so. Most women can produce a tiny bit of fluid from their breasts if they stimulate. It probably has to do with your hormones changing. If it shows through to your clothes, you could try cutting a pantiliner in half and putting it in your bra.
