I think you should elaborate on the pain. Where abouts is the pain? Is it hurting, or is it just an ache? How long have you had the pain? Could you be pregnant? Do you eat or drink liquids regularly? Does any stomach or bowel problems run in the family? Are you on your period right now?
There are lots of possibilities for the pain so I think you should elaborate so answerers can give a more helpful answer.

constipation could be a cause of a bad stomach though - or the runs? -
on the other hand, do you suffer panic and anxiety attacks?? Could be one of them. My stomach goes all dodgy when I am anxious.
maybe heart burn or indegestion? possibly gas..
