It's a woman thing. Beware!!1?!

Question: Okay, here it is.
I have been having dry orgasms. Is this normal? I mean, I used to stay well lubricated and NEVER had to use a lubricant. For the last several times I have had intercourse or just masterbated, I stayed dry after my orgasm.
I am only 30, but could it be hormone related?

It may be hormone but it also may be a lot of other things. You may want to check with your gyn if it doesn't clear up.

But think of these things too:

Look at the amount of build up or foreplay...are you concentrating on building up your excitement? Try taking it slower than usual and see if it helps.

Are you taking in plenty of omega oils from diet and supplements? Most people can benefit from daily fish oil or a omega combo with fish and plant oils. Healthy oils will help with lubrication.

Are you taking medications that can dry you out? Antihitimines, allergy meds and many others do this.

could be hormones, could be medication you take (even OTC), could be stress... buy some lube. It'll be fine..

Possibly hormones, and possible that you are not drinking enough water

It could be the nedication but you could call your gyno and ask them, they could give you something.

Check on webmd and also your doctor to see what may be causing this condition.

Do you mean you're not getting wetter after orgasm but are wet enough to have sex? That sounds normal. It's "squirting" that's rare.
