Question about my cycle?!

Question: I'm just wondering when I should expect my next period.

I was always regular, 31 day cycle EVERY month! Then January 5th I started my period, I was supposed to start on the 17th.

It kind of sucked, but no huge biggie, but now I'm wondering when my next one will come. Should I just go by the Jan 5th one? even though it came out of no where?

I don't know how old you are, but mine suddenly shortened to 21 days when I was in my mid-thirties and stayed that way until menopause. It more than kind of sucked.

I'm afraid you're just going to have to wait and see what happens.

I would think around the 8th or so.

i have no clue sorry mine is weird too

2nd Feb, always go by the last one.

If you're stressed out, have recently lost or gained weight, have had recent changes in diet... etc. , it can cause cause your period to change. A couple summers ago, I lost about 30 pounds and it totally changed my start date to about a week later. Gradually, I gained all of it back plus 5 more pounds and it comes early. And sometimes when I'm stressed out, it causes a delay. No worries! But just make sure you are eating healthy and keep the stress to a minimum. Also, if you are around a bunch of females for a long "period" of time, you will tend to all have the same cycles. It's true! It happened to me during a women's retreat.

I agree with the previous poster, but want to add a high fever can change your cycle also.
