Of course! Keep in mind that red clover has not gone through the stringent testing required by the FDA for drugs so it might contain harmful additives or impurities. I will list the known side effects here but that does not mean that there aren't more! You might want to talk to your pharmacist to see if there are other effects related specifically to the brand of red clover you are using.

Known side effects include nausea, upset stomach, pain, severe headache, weakness, leg pain, chest pain.

You should not take this without medical approval if you suffer from diabetes, liver disease, alcohol dependence, migraines, stroke, breast or uterine cancer, blood clots, heart problems, seizures, kidney problems or if you are pregnant.
