What is this sharp vaginal pain?!

Question: I have had this problem for quite a while now, but this time it seems much worse. It SEEMS a day or even 2 days after masturbation, or sometimes oral sex, I will get a sharp pain in my vagina. It feels like clitoral pain, but not necessarily. It comes about randomly, and when I walk or stand a certain way I'll feel it. It usually goes away in a few days. This time its been over 7 days and there were about 2 days of random comfort within those 7 days. I have gone to an Obgyn for this same problem about a year and a half ago, but she kind of brushed it off as nothing since it wasn't hurting me at the time of the apoointment. I understand that I should see a doctor, but my problem is I do not have health insurance, nor do I have the money to pay out of pocket. I'm writing this to see if anyone has or had this problem and has found out what it is. I need to know what I am dealing with money wise, and I'd rather the problem not be brushed off when I'm paying out of pocket. Does anyone know anything about this?
