What r some good ways to keep your shoulders back have better posture?!
Question: I am larger chested I notice that I tend to round my shoulders when I am sick of carring the weight. What are some exersises I can do so my back won't end up that way even when I stand straight up.

First of all, a very supportive bra will work miracles. I am large-chested also and my $50 Wacoal bra is the most satisfying clothing purchase I have ever made, and I am cheap when it comes to clothes.
Secondly, light weight-lifting, ab and back-targeting workouts will help make standing straight easier, as your muscles will handle the weight.
Lastly, try to be more aware of your posture at all times. It will help form the habit of keeping your shoulders up and eventually it will become second nature.
IMO the bra is the most important thing. GL!
Are you wearing a really good, supportive bra? That could make all the difference. Strengthening your abdominal and back muscles (your "core") will also help your body naturally hold itself up better.
hold them back physicaly.
or get a back brace for a while..

u have to maintain first confidence in your mind then only ur body language changes and it'll improve and modifiable. so build the confidence in your mind and see u'll be the great champ for ever....
