LOL!! That is so funny because my daughter did the same thing when she was I think 13, she screamed for me to come into the bathroom, and there she was with this panicked look on her face, starting to cry, I had to pull it out for her (talk about the things parents have to do). I told her to RELAX!! She couldn't though, but the best thing is to relax and maybe you could get some ky or something to help out, liquid soap even, just make sure you wash it all off afterwards.! And push like you're going to the bathroom, if all else fails-CALL MOM!!! I have this picture in my head of someone typing that question out while hopping around around with a tampon stuck!! I'm sorry but I can't help but think it's funny, especially in light of what happened to my daughter-I'm going to have to remind her of that-she is 28 now and has two kids!

You need to relax. The reason you can't pull it out is because a) you are dry, and b) you are tensing up because you are nervous. Just sit down on the toilet and spread your legs as far as you can, take a deep breath, exhale, relax your muscles down there as much as possible, and pull it out.

Just slowly pull it out. There is no other way to do it. Trust me, it's not that bad.

Don't use tampons then if it hurts. Use pads.

you have to relax the more you tense up the more uncomfortable it is gong to be

your going to just have to pull it out if you want it out. It shouldnt be that painful for you to use one. Are you on your period? If not you shouldnt be trying it at all. If you are it should be lubricated (gross I know) enough for it to slide in.

Just pull it out. Make sure it's in straight and has not gotten turned sideways. Try putting a bit of K-Y jelly inside to help if you like. You are not going to hurt anything by just pulling it out.

OK either wait till your uterus stops contracting or

GO TO TH ER

This happens sometime

You'll just have to pull it out no matter how much it hurts. It sounds like your flow wasn't heavy enough for the size tampon you were using, and you were dry when you went to put it in.

you could always sit in the bath tub, that will get it wet and easier to slip out.

You are apparently very dry. You can just give it a pull and get it out or wait until you have bled enough to moisten the tampon. Or, you can push it in deeper so you won't have anymore vaginal spasms. Then it will be easier to remove.
Next time if you want to use tampons you might try a different type or a smaller size.

Try taking it out after you relex and use the restroom...try and make it wet...that should help in getting it out..then go to your doctor and make sure your using the right one size and that you can evern use them at all.

That's sick and wrong! Don't ask those things on this!

go to the toilet stand up and stretch your legs out then pull it out slowly or ask your mum dont be afraid

hope this helps

I had a tampon stuck in me. I went to the ER (Emergency Room) well now they call it ED (Emergency Department) but whatever. If you go to the hospital I assure you they have seen it before !!

Relax, take a deep breath. I'm assuming that you are on your period. Relax your muscles, don't tense up.

You are probably too dry. If you aren't bleeding heavily, the tampon will not feel as comfortable.

you cant

i'm 25 and married, i can't use them either they hurt to bad, but my doctor has told me i'm a little "small" down their, maybe you are, we are all different

Stop kidding around!

You should talk to your parent or nurse. However, try wearing pads instead. or purchase mini or extra small or slim tampons.

go sit in the bathtub with water in it. the tampon will fill up w/ water and come out easily.

Well firstly, are you on your period? Cuz if you are you should be a little moist which it shouldn't hurt.
Anyway... use some KY jelly or petroleum. This should ease your pain. Pull gently.

You need to use a smaller tampon or just a pad. It hurts to pull out because it is so dry! put a little ky arorund it if you have some it will slidde out easier.

I remember the first time I tried to put a tampon in. It hurt so bad i cried. Then I didn't want to take it out either. You could have it in at the wrong angle. The most important thing to know is that you push back, not up. If it's still in now just try to relax. Your probably really dry. Sit on the toilet and pull the string of the tampon forward at an angle not down. It will hurt the first couple of times, trust me, but there's no other Wait to get it out. Also if your really dry and on your period, leave it in for a while longer so it can get wet and will come out easier. Just remember, that lots of women have been through the same thing and your not alone. Hang in there girl!
