Loose wieght , gain belly?!


Question: I have lost weight (not too much), but I have gained a belly. how can this happen. I guess that there is always the possiblity that I could be pregnant. But are there other reasons? I do a lot of walking. and that is most of my exersice. Do I just need to work on my tummy?

I don't think you have gained a belly, I think it's just showing more since you lost weight all over. The stomach is harder to lose weight from for women. The best thing for you would be to work on toning your stomach muscles. Dieting and walking just won't do it, you need exercises to target your abdominals.

Try sucking in your belly when you walk. Or do some tummy crunches.

Well maybe you should take a pregnancy test and confirm that if it's not that then I'd maybe see a doc.
Do you drink alot? cuz I've seen girls with beer bellys

You may have lost so much weight that your belly is protruding in relation to the rest of your body.

Other than that, take a pregnancy test.

if you were pregnant you would come to know by now.It must be because you lost fat from all other parts but belly fat has still not gone and it is visible now because you lost fat all over.
