Cramps are completely normal. You should rest a hot water bottle against the painful area, it helps relieve pain. As for the breakouts (i assume you mean pimples) this is normal too. You can get 'zits' anywhere: back, chest, face, legs etc. You probably got them because your hormone levels change during the peak of your menstrual cycle, and certain hormones are responsible for pimples. (Whatever you do don't pop or squeeze them, you'll get scars!) Don't worry, you are completely normal :)

yes.
some people have something that happens every period.
some people barf every time they get their period.
my bff said that everytime she gets her period, she gets a big zit on her chin. every time. so this will most likely happen every time you get your period. sorry

no it is not normal...... and this is something you should be asking your mother or close relative!!! They would know how to help you...

A bit of cramping is normal before, during and after your period. As for the "Breaking out"... I break out on my face about 2 weeks before my period, around my mouth/chin. and sometimes get a few pimples after as well.

As for your break-out... Since it's on your legs, I'm assuming it's a rash and not acne. though I could be wrong. If it's a rash... Did you take any period relief medication? If you did, perhaps you're having a reaction to the medication. If you did not take any medication... Perhaps it is hormonal. Only your doctor could really say for sure. If it happens during your next period, I would consult the doctor.
