Some kind of pill to make me less hot?!
Question: For the past year.. I have been hot ALL the time... and it's winter now.. but I still get hot where it's very uncomfortable. I sleep with 2 fans on in my room every night.. and sometimes I need to open the window in 40 degrees weather...
Idk if it's just puberty.. but i hate this. I am dreading summer.. anything that I can do or take?

It's at least worth it to *consider* any chronic temperature problem could be due to thyroid. Low thyroid can make you really cold, hi thyroid can make you feel quite warm. Google for symptoms of it to see if it fits you (if you don't want to blow money on a doc visit & test).
I'm cold all the time, so I feel you. I don't know of anything you could take, but keeping your palms, feet, and back of your neck cool should really help cool you down.
