It's normal don't stress it happens to me all the time it's really annoying cause sometimes your not prepared.
There are heaps of things that can cause it to come early just as there are heaps of things that can cause it to come late as well.
I wouln't worry you're not likely to be going through early menopause.
The most likely reason is just hormonal our hormones are changing all the time.
Just relax I am sure your next cycle will be on time
