Why do my breasts hurt?!

Question: For the past 2-3 weeks I've had really achy breasts, especially the nipples. Chances of pregnancy are very slim(took test last month, had regular periods, and they didn't hurt with either of my previous pregnancies). I've lost about 30 lbs this month, and gone off birth control, and I'm wondering if either of these could be the cause? I've also been doing a lot of exercise but have used very supportive bras, and they hurt whether I exercise or not. There're no lumps, and the pain is very general, non specific. Not sharp but dull. Both equally painful. Any ideas?? I'd appreciate any help!!
Thanks for your time!

My guess would be that it was from going off the birth control. It can do strange things sometimes. When I got off the pill mine hurt for a while.

See a doc. Or see me.

late development...?

If you have large breasts it could be the exercise, they bounce more than you think.

there too big?

Sounds like a hormone imbalance. Go to the doc for a check up.

It is probably your hormones trying to get straightened out from stopping birth control. and maybe you are getting ready to start your period. Since you hormones are going crazy aching breast are one of the first signs of pregnancy also. I have very achy breast right before my period.

OK well going off the pill as well as all the exercise could be somewhat of the problem you could be working out your Brest muscles as well so the could just be sore, its probably nothing to worry about, and maybe sense you lost all that weight it could be part of the reason as well... when your exercising id just invest in a good supportive bra, and stretch out your Brest muscles before and after you exercises if the pin still is there you may want to see a doctor. best of luck

It could be hormonal - You have gone off the pill so it could be your body trying to return to normal - If you are worried I would suggest seeing a DR it could be anything. You may have even just torn something through exercise.

I would test again for pregnancy. Anyway losing 30lbs in one month is NOT healthy. Please be careful and take care of your body its the only one you get. Coming off B/C can be alot on your body too. Remember they say that cancer DOESNOT hurt...so take some comfort in that.
