How long does water take to get to your bladder?!
Question: I'm really bad with waiting to pee and I have an ultrasound tomorrow (not pregnant) and I have to drink a load of water beforehand, but hospitals are so slow I don't want to be waiting for ages needing to pee!

Start drinking 32 ounces of water one hour prior to your appointment time. If you fail to have a full bladder when they call you back you will have to sit in the waiting room with a cup of water until they get around to seeing you again. You may be uncomfortable if they run 10 minutes late but you will be more uncomfortable staying there an hour longer because your bladder was not full enough.
8 oz x 4 cups = 32 oz
depends on how much water you drink. for me its 5 to 10 min on an empty stomach
