Question: I finished the pills on Saturday and I was supposed to start a new pack on Sunday but I didnt had the chance to buy it yet. Is it a problem? how much can I delay?

I was in Tricyclen a long time ago, but isn't the first week of the pills the sugar pills? Taken during your period? If they are just the "non" pills, you don't ever have to take them. If I'm remembering incorrectly, you should use back up birth control this entire cycle. I would do that regardless, but get the RX filled as soon as you can. You can't catch up more than 3 days.

But wanted to let you I know a few women who got pregnant while on these pills.
Start the pack as soon as you can, but that's too many days of missing pills to be protected. Make sure you take it everyday for at least 2 wks before assuming your protected again.
Read the paper that comes with it. I think you would double up on the missed doses and then take today's pill (Tuesday) when you would normally take it, so like you would go to CVS now and when you get home you will take Sunday and Monday's pill together, then tonight before you go to bed you take Tuesdays. I warn you, you may feel nauseous in the AM, it happened to me once, where I had to take like all 3. Do not delay it any further. I think you will mess up your cycle and when you start the pill if you wait another day.
