If the blood that came out after he fingered you was bright red, then that was natural blood..that was not your period..but if It was kinda brown, then it Is you period, You probably were getting your period the next day.

Brown blood is old blood, so yeah, from last night. He probably cut you with a fingernail while doing it...

Does your ex have long finger nails? He might have tore your vaginal wall while fingering you. Thats the only thing I can think of.
