Um..in a sense it's a possibility. Milk has A LOT of fat and breasts are made up of fatty tissue, so if you have a bigger body fat percentage, then yes, your boobs will get bigger.
On top of that factory farms feed their cows so many horomones that when they get inside your body it could have an effect on your development.
No, but it will give you stronger bones...generally how large or small your breasts are is pre-destined from genetics.

no, im 14 too. theres nothing u can really do to make them grow faster. milk WILL u give u strong bones, good teeth, but not help ur breasts grow. sry! hope i helped!
