You have no problems! what you need to do is take things slow! you are probably just worn out. because of how busy you are. You are growing up and you need lots of energy! remember your body is going through some major changes and this will take out lots of your energy! just remember to eat healthy, drink lots of water, take your vitamins! and be good to yourself.

First thing you should do is get a blood test to check your iron levels. Young girls are most common to become anaemic due to many things - diet, periods etc. If your iron count is low once you start taking iron you will soon feel better. I do not recommend taking iron without the blood test first. Too much iron can cause a lot of damage. If iron is recommended take it with food (it can really upset the stomach) and take it with Vitamin C - Vit c makes the iron absorb into the blood better.

You could also start taking a vit b complex. Vit B gives us energy and can help with nervous tension. It is water soluble so the body doesn't store it, it takes in what it needs then flushes out of the system (your pee will be bright yellow). You should take it in the morning and at lunch if you need to. Not at night as it may keep you awake.

Maybe you should also look at the quality of your sleep. Are you well rested when you wake up? Do you wake in the same position as you fell asleep in (this shows a deep sleep and not a restless one)?

Lot of things to look at but going to your doctor would be the first thing.

Hope this helps.
