Ok not to be rude but PLEASE help me! Scared!!?!

Question: Ok so I have a bladder infection with the symptoms (peeing ALL the time, pressure when peeing, having to go but only a little comes out and cramping) these symptoms have been going on for about 2 weeks

Now I have really bad nausea (to the point where I think I need to throw up but dont) bad headaches, hot and cold sensations, night sweats, and a sharp pain by where I pee.

Are these new symptoms something to worry about? I have never had these before with a bladder infection..I am going to the doctor monday...is that too long to wait?! Please Help me

Sounds like it might have gone to your kidneys already.

I get bladder infections on pretty much a bi-monthly basis, and I was once in the very same situation as you: I had let it fester for about 2 weeks, and by the time I went to the doctor I had the exact symptoms as you: nausea, chills, fatigue, headaches. It initially was a bladder infection, but I had let it sit so long that it spread to the kidneys, which can be life threatening if you don't address the problem RIGHT AWAY. The doctor can treat it with antibiotics, but you might be looking at a stay in the hospital.

If you're prone to bladder infections like me, I suggest you drink a lot of Cranberry juice and/or Orange Juice to make the atmosphere in your bladder more acidic, which will disable the growth of bacteria.

good luck and stay healthy!

sweety go to a doctor

Maybe go ahead and go to the walk in clinic or call and ask your doctors office if you can get in sooner because of your symptoms. It may be a kidney stone or signs that the infection has spread. If not taken care of properly it can cause kidney damage. Good luck!

Oh, poor dear. Yes, you should check that out--that is definitely not normal. If you really feel that poorly, perhaps a walk-in clinic would be better, because if you wait all the way until Monday, it might get worse!

Hope you feel better, hun.

I dont think you should wait until monday. If the infection spreads to the kidneys, you are going to be in a world of hurt!

I really think you should see a doctor today instead of waiting until Monday. It does sound like a severe infection and it will spread if it's left untreated.

Take Paracetamol for the pain and sweats.

These women have gone through the same thing and are offering advice through their experience. Maybe you should go to the emergency room?

Good luck honey.

GO to ER NOW!!!! You Could have a kidney stone and you will only get sicker. Monday is light years away!!!!! The pain is probably because the stone is trying to come out Go to the ER !

perhaps too long to wait.... do you have fever? are you having low back pain (that would be your kidneys!)... if so, go to emergency room now or first thing in the morning... if not having kidney pain... drink a ton of cranberry juice. and look up on webmd.com for more suggestions....for sure look it up....

Yes, but that does mean that the infection is worsening. I waited to go see a doctor to the point at where I couldn't walk, and I was in the hospital for 4 days due to one. Please, try to make an earlier appointment before it gets like that. Don't get to that point, it happens really quick. Drink LOTS of water, that will help lessen the effects, just please hurry and get there soon, the infection will keep spreading.

ah i think you should of gone to the doctor's 2 weeks ago, i think you have a severe bladder infection start drinking gallons of water and ask your Doctor if he can see you right away

Try and go go see a doc asap a 2 week wait is enough. By doing this sooner, at least ul get to know the cause of this to be able to start fixing the problem.

Hoping for good results for you

Go to the doctor. Don't ask on here. Ur giving us the symptoms and expecting us to know the problem without testing it.
If I call my mechanics and tell them that the car is not starting, the engine is puttering and the headlights won't turn on. He is going to tell me to bring him my car. The problem could be many or it could all be connected to an old problem. But he can't tell me until he sees my car.
Get the point. We can't tell you anything without proper tests and whatnot, even those with medical license can't tell you without seeing you first. GO TO DOCTOR. Only way ur going to know. Don't wait, just go, if your that worried.

you definitely need to go to the doctor. i am prone to bladder infections and many women are. they can be dangerous if they are not taken care of or allowed to become worse over long periods of time because many bladder infections can turn into kidney infections. you seem to have all the signs of a very bad infection that COULD progress into a kidney infection. your doctor should be able to prescribe some anti biotics but in the mean time you should drink as much cranberry juice and water as you can. head to a drug store and look for cranberry tablets. AZO is a good brand. If taken regularly they can help ward off future bladder infections and help yours to get better faster.

you really need to be careful hun. don't let them get out of hand like that. i honestly think you need to get in and see your doctor sooner.

I've had infections where i was passing out along with the fevers and it just isn't good for you to leave your body untreated like that.

bladder infections can be caused for many reasons: wearing thong underwear too often, stress, poor hygiene or wiping in the wrong direction, not peeing after sexual activity, and even things as crazy as wearing tight pants too often.

if you think you know what caused it try to prevent them from happening again and definitely get to your doctor sooner than monday.

please don't wait. go to a doctor as soon as you can. if you've already been having symptoms for two weeks, you should have already gone! I'm worried about you. I had really bad bladder infections and if you don't take care of them correctly and get them cleared, they can spread up through your kidneys (like they did with me) and you'll be in some major pain. if you're feeling pressure in your lower back and getting a fever, it may have already spread to a kidney infection. even though you have an appointment monday, i'd say get to an urgent care clinic as soon as you can...clearly you're not doing very well! Good luck! and feel better soon!

I don't want to scare you but it sound like you have a case of Monkey Gonorrhea. Get treated by your doctor or zoologist soon.

u should get actual medical advice from a doctor, dont rely on random people on the internet.

sounds like a uti i no you say that thats not usually your symptoms but some times if you wait to long you get diff symptoms b/c i throw up with a uti see a dr on monday but drink cranberry juice and take vitimin C

DO NOT wait until Monday. you need to go to a doctor NOW.

well you do need to go to a doctor and get some major antibiotics since you are starting to have headaches and things like that
