Can frequent jogging or high-impact exercises encourage pelvic prolapse?!
Question: It's not called pelvic prolapse it happens with your uterus or bladder. It usually is a result of childbirth, like 3 or more children and happens very late in life. Some younger woman have it. I don't think that jogging could affect the uterine ligaments negatively but, excessively they could.
