Not one person has spelt the word correctly. It is ANAEMIC.

Most of the answers are correct as to insufficient iron in the blood causing the red blood cells not to absorb oxygen as efficiently as it should, causing tiredness and malaise.

The cause is a lack of RED meat, Legumes (beans and alfalfa etc). A heavy menstrual cycle can exacerbate the problem.

It means there isn't enough iron in your blood. This means that you will get tired easily, as your blood can't carry as much oxygen around. Iron pills, red meat, or certain vegetables such as broccoli can help.

you are anemic because your iron in you body is low so build it up with the pills .if its low you will feel very sluggish and tired.

It means you need more iron to increase the hemoglobin in your blood which is the blood component that binds to oxygen to get the oxygen to your body's tissues.

im a vegetarian so that was part of the problem

THESE OTHER PPL ARE RIGHT. I AM ANEMIC ALSO. TAKING IRON PILLS IS THE EASIEST HELP. TAKE THEM AS OFTEN AS NEEDED AND DEFINITELY MAK SURE YOU TAKE THEM DURIN YOUR PERIOD. IF NOT YOU WILL FEEL TIRED THE WHOLE TIME.

low iron when its low you get sick easier
