When do you start your new pill pack?!
Question: i recently went back on the pill. the doctor told me to start the very same day of my appointment with was a wednesday, and of course i was not on my period at the time of the appointment. is this okay to start a new pill pack in the middle of the week? because i thought that you were always suppose to start on a sunday? when do you start a new pill pack?

Most are easier to start on a sunday.
However you can start them whenever you want.
Your body doesn't know it is sunday.
But if your pills didn't come with the little change of the week stickers you will get confused.

I would follow your doctors directions. S/he has most likely taken into account your current situation and the date of your last period and thinks this is best for you. You don't always have to start on a Sunday, but make sure you don't get confused what day it is and miss pills!
Follow the doctors directions and start wednesday.
Its bad to leave anything more than 7 days in between each pack (for normal pills anyway) the sunday is just so that in theory you'll be done with your period by the weekend (doesnt work anyway!)
