No this is not normal. Go to your OB/GYN you may have an infection such as a yeast infection or VB which is viginal bactaria and this can be cleared up with some antibiotics. Take some motrin in the mean time for pain and for the future know that cotton underware are the best to avoid any kinds of vagina bactarial infections. Also to help avoid infections make sure you go to the bathrrom before and after sex if possible and make sure to wipe from front to back.
Might want to check with a doctor! it could be a bacterial infection...
As women age or have changes in their female organs. Such as pregnancy. Their menstruation sometimes because worse..with cramping and pain. Personally my menses sometimes comes with severe pain in my vagina. Even in the outside.
I tend to have vaginal pain during my period, too. Mine tends to be dull pain, though, that is accompanied by severe cramps and backpain. As to whether or not it's normal, I don't know. I'm going in myself to have that checked out soon.
i believe its normal to a point, bloating and feeling like crap and hurting can be normal, but if it gets way to bad *and in some cases makes you cry* you should see a dr just to be sure, you should really see a dr for a check up 1ce a year if you can but besides the point. During your period it really can be a dusy. It can be fine one moment and hurt like hell the next.
