there does seem to be a correlation between abortion and uterine cancer but correlation does not necessarily point to causation. Many women who have had abortions SEEM to have a higher risk of uterine and ovarian cancer, but there is no direct causation proved as of yet.

I'm not sure. Honestly they're not sure what does and doesn't cause cancer. I mean yea they know a few things like the sun causes skin cancer and smoking causes lung cancer but a lot things that they say causes cancer it's just being put out there as a warning so their butts are covered and they're not held liable.
