Tighten vaginally.....serious answers please!?!

Question: Ok so i lost my virginity to my ex. He was 11 inches long and really thick. It hurt! But we were together for 3 years so I got used to it. I was never completely lose. I would still rip every time we had sex and was tight for him.
But we broke up. My boyfriend now isn't small. He's about 7 inches but I feel too loose for him. With my ex i was tight for him andcould tighten my muscles around him to drive him crazy.
I can't do that with my new guy. I'm not loose and we both enjoy sex with eachother.
But my question is how do I tighten up?
I do the tighten and relase exercise but I don't feel different.
My boyfriend doesn't complain and says I'm not loose but I just don't feel sexy.

what can I do?

Since your already doing the kegal exercises, just keep at that..You do have a few options.. You can actually get surgery, but OUCH.. the other option is to try doing it on top or in the "doggy" position, those two positions will make it feel tighter then regualr missionary.
Other then that as long as your both enjoying the sex then try not to worry over it.. or you will actually start to give your man a complex that hes to small..
Goodluck

Kegel exercises. When you can contract your muscles inside your vagina, its hard to explain it. But you can do it! And believe me, it helps alot :o) You can do it anywhere because it doesnt take any effort besides your vaginal muscles. I'm doing it right now!

Maybe his penis is less thick then your ex's.
Actully I am pretty sure thats what it is.

Your vagina will tighten naturally on its own, you can help it do so faster by doing kegel excercises. You squeeze like you are holding in your pee.

It going to take a little time but it will flex right back into place.

Another thing that you can try to make it seem tigher for the new boyfriend is while you two are having sex squeeze as he pulls out. Just try squeezing on and off while doing it, he will love it. While you are at work sitting at your desk do 20 reps of squeezes an hour (if you can remember)

I believe that they say that rinsing (like doushing) a little while before intercouse (but not all the time because it's not cool to doush alot) with warm almost hot (not too hot though) will tighten you up temporarily.

Worth a try...

The Kiegel exercises are good (like everytime the phone rings), but it may not be enough.

There is a small rod developed by a Gyno to help you do the exercises right. (Check out the good vibrations web site). You lay back on the bed, insert one end and then contract the muscles to try and raise the other end. You do this 6-10 times and stop.

This was developed because just squeezing the area does not get the muscles around the opening exercised. Women who were having bladder control issues were doing the Kiegel exercises - but it was not working.

The plastic rod is a feedback that you are doing it right. The correct contractions is one that tries to tilt your pelvis upward, not just squeezing closed.
