Period stops in middle?!
Question: The past two months my period will just stop in the middle of it. Then it returns just as full force as it was when it stopped. Does anyone know why this is happening? Its just strange for it to just start happening.

Mine used to that when I was younger, I would go for 2 days, skip a day, and then go for 2 more days. It was weird. It eventually stopped doing it. As long as you are still getting your periods regularly, I wouldn't worry about it.

when i stress, my flow gets heavier so sometimes halfway through my period, if i get all relaxed or just have no stress my period goes away but then it always finished by the end of the week. Weird i know but i have the same thing! everyone is different i guess :)
What is your age range? Are you taking any medications or supplements? Just as an FYI, to decrease heavy flow, take 400 - 600 mg of Motrin (no more than 3 days). Of course, ask your Dr before you do that.
Yes, this has actually happened to me before. It is normal for some people. Don't worry, nothing's wrong.
when i was in my teens and early 20's the same thing happened to me. now 2 of my 6 daughters have the same problem. the doctors say it was normal for us. one daughter in her 20's has hpv and that might be a cause for her. when i got pregnant it was normal again afterwards.
Are you using any contraceptives? This happens to me occasionally, and I am currently using the implanon. Personally i think its because my body is still adjusting to the contaceptives. Could be the same with you.

Don't worry......if it is anything like mine the depending on your age it is normal and nothing to worry about, however if you are worried and this goes on for a long time you should prob. go and see a doctor......like i said i don't think you have anything to worry about and i am sure that the doc. would just put you on BC unless you are already on it. the only other thing that could possibly be wrong is maybe you could be prego (you can be even if you have a period) or you may need to set up an appointment for a pap smear...if you have any vaginal discharge you need to get that checked out right away. my first guess would be an irregular period, but that normally depends on your age. good luck and i hope this helps.
