Can anti-biotics change menstrual cycle?!

Question: My last period was December 20..it is now january 30th.
i had sex with the pull-out (stupid. yes) method before the 1st of jan and after around the 8th.
About two weeks ago I started doing a round of anti-biotics (10 days) for a sinus infection that I have been fighting since december 18th. the first time i didnt take all my anti-biotics so it came back worse...
is it normal for anti-biotics or sickness like this to make me 11 days late?
i have been feeling better but also stressing about this, so I don't know. I haven't had any other symptoms of pregnancy...so. I'm really not sure. I am probably going to go to the drug store and get a HCG test. I thought I had one but it expires in 2004..so thats not worth it..
help?

antibiotics won't alter you menstrual cycle. the only thing they can do is make your birth control pills less effective while on the antiobiotics.

stress can most certaintly make your cycle change. this could be why you're late but 11 days is a long time and just b/c you don't have any pregnancy symptoms-doesn't mean you aren't pregnant. my best friend's fiance was 10 weeks pregnant and didn't even know it-she went to her ob/gyn checkup and found out.

i would get tested asap

good luck to you!!

no, am not aware of that, stress is most likely the cause of you problem

No it shouldn't change your cycle. But other things can like change in diet, change in exercise, change in sleep...don't worry about it.

The antibiotics shouldn't change your cycle, but the stress of illness and then worrying about pregnancy could.
