Oh wow!! i do the same ol thing!! its crazy you just eat eat and eat! Yaz i hear is the best BC out there right now! but remember make sure that Yaz is good for you! learn about it and then go from there. Yaz can help stop the craving, the bloating, those feelings we hate when we pms, regulates your period and helps out moderate acne!! 0h yes als0 my d0ct0r t0ld me that it can help you loose like 3lbs!!

hahaha sweety... i think we all do!

pms will make you do crazy things, lol birth control pills can help with pms symptoms, but im not sure if they stop the appetite

you have PMS ,birth control makes cannot stop this.

that always happens :)

Hormones!!!!!!

you eat sooo much cause your body is preparing to have a baby,, yes we all go through it, birth control does lessen the symptoms you just eat more all through out the month, and not all at once

your hormones are out of whack during that time and can cause food cravings like the ones women get during pregnancy. There are birth control pills and even things like pamprin are supposed to reduce pms symptoms but being that it's hormonal I wouldn't count on the cravings going away completely. Check with your Dr. to see which medication is best for you and your symptoms.

I crave and eat everything before my period! =)

The week before, I'm always hungrier than normal. I think you're normal.
