Question: They should have told you or given a piece of paper with it on! what are your symptoms? I'm guessing they would probably be checking your hormone levels. Other things they commonly check are your white and red blood cell counts, cholesteral levels, levels of other stuff like bilirubin, sometimes thyroid hormones.
BTW it might be more than 4 things, I think they can get more than one thing from a test tube.

Depending on the symptoms you had they may be checking your hemoglobin, complete blood count (where they do a count of all the blood cells), thyroid levels.
