The first thing to do is not panic :-)

The best thing you can do is start on a new packet where you had left off on the previous packet. So if yesterday you were on your 10th pill, take the 11th pill of a new packet and go on from there (using the same pills as before.)

All it will mean is you will need to get a repeat prescription a little earlier than you would have done.

start taking the white pill from the new pack where you left off the old pack - don't re-take the white ones you've already had.

go to the chemist explain you lost it they'll give you a new packet and continue on until you were meant to spot have way through the nex pack or just continue the full next pack then have your period and start a new packet that way you'll be covered you will just be putting your epriod off for a week or two.

make an appointment asap with ur doc so he can give u another prescription. If uve missed some use condoms ur not protected good luck

get a new pack and start from where you left.

You can either start a new pack in the place where you left off the one you lost. You will also need to call your health-care provider to request an additional pkg. be phoned to the pharmacy--it's not a problem once you've explained what happened. The other option is to completely stop taking the pill, have a period, and resume with a new pack of pills on the first Sunday after your period begins. If you do that, remember to use a back-up birth control method for at least the first two weeks on the new pack. Take care.
