Question: What is in ladies ***. In men it is semen/sperm maybe a bit of water but what is it in women? Is it woman sperm or water from our ovaries?

Female ejaculation is believed to be caused by a release of fluid from the Skene's glands. It produces a fluid that is similar to the chemical composition of prostatic fluid. So basically, it is almost exactly like semen, but without the sperm.

Not wondered before but you've got me wondering now! Good question. I assume it's similar to mens but without the sperm bit, lol, you've really got me thinking now!!
