I bought something like that from a "Pure Romance" magazine and you are supposed to apply a dime size amount on your finger or a q-tip and rub it on the inside of the vagina walls. It worked for me and my husband liked the feeling. I am not sure how it works but it did. We have done it a few times over the past 2 years. :)
